coGalleries is an art platform which provides a unique way to experience contemporary art in Berlin and plug-in to its creative pulse. We offer half-day, full-day and multiple day private tours custom designed for you.

We create custom experiences, tailored to your interests and requirements, that allow you to explore the art on your schedule and at your own pace. With the logistics covered, from tickets and lines to restaurant reservations, you can spend your time enjoying the art.
What is a Private Art Tour?
A private tour is very flexible and personal, you can do everything in your own pace and time. With a private tour, you decide on the date and time on which you want your tour to be conducted. You have a private guide at your disposal, whether you are an individual, a family or a group of friends. We customize our itineraries to meet your specific interests, that is, you can choose the focus of the content whether you are interested in sculpture, photography or a specific gallery that you've always wanted to visit.
Do I need to have previous knowledge in art?
No, our tours are designed for everyone. Our usual clients are broadly cultural enthusiasts, of course some of them are deeply into art but, the majority are basically interested in contemporary and creative cities. We offer a combination of art, architecture and design, which resonates warmly with all genders and age groups.
Is every tour the same?
Each tour is custom designed by our Creatives Guides whose knowledge of the art scene will bring you to high quality galleries, from artist studios to larger galleries. The selection is based on your preferences and interests but also on the most exciting and interesting choices available that day.
How many people are in a group?
We love to keep our groups less than 6 people since we aim for intimacy and a chance to create a real dialogue with the creative guide and the artists. We are also capable of hosting larger groups on request. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange multiple guides to coordinate your group event.
How do I recognize my Creative Guide?
You will get a short biography with a picture and the contact information of your guide a week prior to your tour.
What are the cancellation policies for private art tours?
Up to 45 days before the tour date, you will receive a full refund.
45-14 days before the tour, you will receive a 75% refund.
14-7 days before the tour, you will receive a 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the tour date, no refund.
Can I get involved as an artist or curator?
We are currently expanding to different cities and are always interested in new opportunities for collaboration. Especially in New York, Los Angeles, London, Beijing, Paris, Florence and Barcelona. So if you are an artist or a curator who shares our vision, we’re looking forward to hearing from you!
How to buy a voucher?
You can easily buy a voucher through our website with a bank transfer. We will then email you a PDF voucher to be printed from your computer within 24 hours.
